Midterm Report “All colleges are required to file a Midterm Report in the third year of each comprehensive evaluation. San Jose City College should submit the midterm report by October 15, 2013.” (Letter from ACCJC to Dr. Barbara Kavalier, 2/11/13) The Draft of the Midterm Report was completed during the spring and summer 2013. “The team recommends that the College accelerate its efforts at identifying, assessing, communicating Student Learning Outcomes in order to meet the requirement that all Colleges will be at the proficiency level as identified by ACCJC by 2012.” (IIA.1c, IIA.2b, II.A.6, IIB.4, IIC.2, IIIA.1c) (Letter from ACCJC to Dr. Barbara Kavalier, 2/11/13)

Where are we …? The college is closing the loop in the SLO assessment.
In Spring 2013, course SLOs and Program SLOs (PSLOs) were assessed. This afternoon in your department and division meetings, you should discuss and communicate the results of those assessments and draft the respective SLO reports. Your SLO reports need to be uploaded to TracDat.
