15 Communication & Outreach
You play an important leadership role in communicating ACSA’s message… A top priority for every ACSA leader is sharing ACSA’s mission, vision and priorities with members and potential members. This information should be shared repeatedly and should be made a focal point at all ACSA events.

16 Communication & Outreach Within your Region…
What topics on the Leadership Assembly agenda involve input or voting? How will you get Region and Charter input prior to the Assembly? What topics discussed during the Assembly should be shared with the Region and Charters? Do any topics inform the agenda for your next Board meeting/leadership retreat? What information should we consider communicating to the Region Board? Charter leaders? Committee/Councils? Region members? How and when will this communication happen?

17 Communication & Outreach
Plan Your Outreach Each ACSA region is unique and should have a different outreach strategy. Be sure to keep your audience in mind.
