The purpose of this module is to emphasize the importance of asking the right questions. It calls for a volunteer from the group to participate and answer questions based on their own real life situation (limits of liability, etc). It often opens people’s eyes in realizing that they are underinsured, how could you give your clients the right protection if you don’t have it yourself!
