3. Subsistence Farming

4. Shifting Cultivation
Moving every 1-3 years to find better soil. These farmers use slash-and-burn method

5. Sedentary Farming
When there is good, fertile soil, farmers stay put. Many people with European descent have taken good plots and not moved

6. Commercial Farming
Producing crops for large scale. Most are foreign owned. They supply palm oil, peanuts, and cacao.
