Develop good scheduling practices. Rest when you can. Rest when you can. If you have a spare hour or two, don’t be afraid to kick your feet up and relax or take a nap. Sleep. Sleep. Try to sleep 7 to 8 hours in a 24-hour period. Take care of yourself. Take care of yourself. Don’t expect others to know how you’re feeling, so make yourself a priority.
