Wildfire mitigation presentation
Must attend a CSFD meeting to be eligible for the chipping program. Attendance at this meeting suffices.
CSFD will do a free assessment of the property
Falcon Estates chipping program will be the week of September 30th, 2019.
Need to be signed up the Friday before and on the curb by 8:00 am on Monday, September 30th, 2019

Garrett reviewed the mid-year financial statement
Garrett reviewed the proposed Bylaw Updates which can be found on the HOAFE website
Proposed changes:
remove a numerical limit on the Board f Directors with a target of two per each filing
ACC Committee members are also members of the Board of Directors
Change to one general meeting annuallyinstead of the current two
Board not limited to an expense cap to function
remove HOAFE membership card
The number of members that attend a meeting constitutes a quorum
eliminate term limits

Question: Is it all or nothing or individual?
Answer: It is all or nothing for those four items
Question: If ADU’s are passed by the city before the covenant changes take effect will they be grandfathered and we can’t roll them back.
Answer: We would need to ask an attorney
Question: Why the outrage over the liquor store but not the View House
Answer: Liquor store was actually re-zoning issue
