Variability is when not all the values in a data set are the same.
When the variable in a data set are all very similar, there isn't much variability, but if the values differ a lot, there is more variability.

Cities D, E, and F. They appear to have data points that are the most spread out.
It would be useful to have a more formal way to measure variability in a data set.
