What is a WISE-4051? A stand-alone devise that allows us to monitor equipment that does not have a PLC, or has a PLC that does not have a way to connect to the plant’s network. Has 8 digital input (DI) points. Each digital input drives an internal counter. Lives on a Wi-Fi network, allows the Mach2 server to read the counters. MACH Confidential Brochure Screens

What can the device be used for? MACH2 www.WeSpeakMachine.com
Our most typical use: Your existing machine provides a dry contact input that closes, then opens, each time the machine completes a “cycle”. This input is used as Mach2’s “CycleCounter”. One WISE device can be used to monitor multiple machines, or multiple points within the same machine. It can also monitor any other status that you would like from your existing machine through additional dry contact inputs. MACH Confidential Brochure Screens

Getting Started… Things you’ll need: A WISE-4051 (duh). A 24VDC power source. A small, flat blade screwdriver (3/32”). A cell phone, or other device to connect via Wi-Fi (no special app is required, simply a web browser). From the network the WISE is going to be attached to: A dedicated IP address. The subnet mask & gateway. The network’s SSID. The network’s security “Type” (Open, WPA/WPA2). The network’s security key (password). MACH Confidential Brochure Screens
