Select CAC or DS Logon option
Select “VMET document (DD-2586) and “Submit” (print your VMET)
Select “Cover letter” and “Submit” (print your cover letter)

VMET documents are updated quarterly in January, April, July, and October every year for the previous fiscal quarter
All USN individuals should review and discuss report errors with their Personnel Office and/or Command Career Counselor before separation
