People must agree to be governed by the laws laid down by their representatives And compromise when everything can’t be agreed upon

Voluntary Consent of the Governed
means consent given by free will, without any force or undue pressure/influence or coercion on the person giving it on his or her

INDIVIDUAL FREEDOM All people must have the greatest amount of freedom possible without interfering on the rights of others
