2. Overrun Adjustment Principles – initial thoughts
NTS Exit Capacity can not, effectively, be created through the flow swap process
An NTS Exit Overrun adjustment only occurs:
Post 30th September 2012
Where an NTS or DN initiated flow swap has been agreed between the relevant DNO and National Grid NTS
If the resulting increase in offtake flow has resulted in a chargeable NTS Exit Overrun at the increasing NTS/LDZ Offtake
At the NTS/LDZ Offtakes at which the flow swap occurred
