1 Adult patient presenting with a mixed density, chronic, left subdural hematoma with associated local mass effect (A). Adult patient presenting with a mixed density, chronic, left subdural hematoma with associated local mass effect (A). The patient underwent embolization of the middle meningeal artery branches with Onyx-18 (Medtronic, Irvine, California, USA). Follow-up CT (B) performed 12 weeks after the embolization demonstrates near complete resolution of the chronic subdural hematoma with resolution of the associated mass effect.
