There are two round spermatids (large arrowhead), flat and transparent Sertoli cells (small arrowhead), and an erythrocyte (arrow). Note that the spermatid has a smooth outline and round surface, with a rim of cytoplasm around the centrally located nucleus. Original magnification ×400.
