Changes Welcome Kristen Washam GCS Section Specialist

2019-2020 Changes (registration)
Still using OptOut discount code for SEF Increased pricing by $5, last time we did that was 5+ years ago Removed ‘global’ student/MiT pricing online, too many people were abusing it, the registration states to requested pricing to GCS Specialist (except MiT events). SGs can add in if no issues. New pricing for walk-ins is in the registration template, please use new ‘walk-in’ registration the day of your event to account for this group of people. Norris Center contracts – no more ‘credits’ allowed Early bird registration – give people reason to sign up early
20
2019-2020 Changes (cont) Phishing emails and spam
Livelink is gone, too expensive to use replacement from same software company (~$25k) All previous ‘Livelink’ work for counting registration attendees will be pulled using the new GCS website Livelink treasury portion will be replaced by Nexonia app Each SG will have their own user account that feeds into GCS account App can be used on your phone (receipts, map function) App is linked to Quickbooks Online
23
Changes (calendar) Calendar is locked, you will need approval for your event date prior to it going online to the public view (calendar template) Put save the dates for all your calendar events YPs will host ‘development dinners’ vs. lunch & learns
