You should expect your coaches to:
Be loyal to you in all areas. Be totally honest. Provide the leadership and training necessary to achieve our goals. Work you harder than you have ever worked before – so you can achieve your goals. Assist you in any way possible now and after you graduate.
24
You should expect your coaches to:
Treat you as a young woman and to love and respect you. Make all the decisions predicated on what is best for the team then what is best for the individual. Do everything within our power to improve our facilities. Make Bradley Middle School the best place in Texas to go to school and participate in athletics. Help you mature and grow as a person. Help you reach all your goals. Have fun!!!!
25
We expect our athletes to:
Have great expectations. Anticipate having a great day, a great practice, a great season, and a great life. Get an education. Give your total effort, make the most of the talents you have. Give unselfish love toward your teammates and respect them. Give 100% EVERY DAY Be COACHABLE
26
We expect our athletes to:
Be totally honest in all you do. Be extremely loyal to your school, administration, teachers, coaches, teammates, families, and friends. Be prompt. Be courteous. Always encourage. Be enthusiastic on and off the court. HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!
27
We expect our parents to:
Be a fan of EVERYONE on the team. Be a positive influence on your daughter. Ensure your daughter’s role on the team is important. RESPECT the decision of the officials. RESPECT OTHER FANS, COACHES, AND PLAYERS.
28
We expect our parents to:
Please do not speak with coaches on game days about complaints and/or concerns. Call to schedule an appointment with the coaching staff Understand that playing time is based on ability and the needs of the team, and will not always be equal. Know that our coaches always put our teams first and will make decisions based on what is best for the team and our athletes.
