Talent Search Use this bucket to search for a specific talent record

Auto Matcher If you are looking for relevant talent, Auto Matcher will search for talent with tags and zip code that match the order record Lauren

Web Applicants If you post jobs to the Avionté Job Board, people that apply to that job will show here Lauren

Lauren Lays out the candidate progression stages. Managers or admins have the ability to configure reports to see real-time stats from the Talent Screen.

Analyze: Candidate Processing
Lauren To see a weekly report of which stage candidates are in, managers or admins can run the Candidate Processing report. From the report setup, you can narrow down your results by office or user. Additionally, you can configure the report to display candidate processing by company.
