GOAL: 100% of Clients will be treated within 30 days of diagnosis.
OBJECTIVE 3B: Increase by 10% annually the number of positive clients being treated within 30 days of specimen collection.

Among clients of IPP family planning clinics, the proportion of women with positive CT tests that are treated within 14 and 30 days of the date of specimen collection.
