3. Tips for Unit Level Training
Keep the language family friendly
Avoid acronyms or be sure to spell out acronyms that are commonly used within the Unit
Avoid complicated org charts, keep descriptions simple
Social Media
Be knowledgeable about what social media channels are ALREADY being used by family members. You may not need to re-invent the wheel.
