3. Summary of the TF5 meeting
Discussed the definition of ISC;
Discussed the name of the TF5, Agreed the goal of this TF5 is to set the best appropriate test method and procedure for thermal propagation;
Discussed the test method for propagation, Chinese reminded that when mention about the propagation, we cannot avoid researching from the cell and module level and finally to system level. The characteristic of cell need to be considered and ISC is one important way to investigate the thermal propagation

4. Working plan and timeline
Further research will be done in TF5.
JP, Canada, OICA will try to give proposal or research report before the middle of May.
In the Middle of May, JP experts will go to China to have a FtoF meeting with Chinese experts, other experts will find convenient way to attend the meeting.
June 2015, 1st stage proposal of test method based the research of all the members.
