16. Intellectual ascent alone is inadequate
Intellectual ascent alone is inadequate. We must experience the risen Christ. Our eyes must be opened to a new a better reality.

17. Let us see that where there was despair there is now hope, where there was fear there is now love and peace, where there was death there is new life bursting in. When our eyes are opened and we truly see, we are met with the gaze of the risen Christ who lives and reigns in you and in me with a deep love we can only begin to comprehend. We are invited to see that death does not have the last word, resurrection does!
