Resolution
Uncertainty is used to draw the reader in and suspense is built.
Orientation
Introduce characters which are elaborated on.
Appropriate setting established.
Engaging for the reader from the beginning.
Complication
Deals with conflict, danger or tension that must be resolved.
Cohesive in relation to what was before (orientation), and smooth towards resolution.
