1 Project Feasibility Study
Laggard Inc.

2 Introduction What is Feasibility?
This is the study of viability of an idea that is proposed in this case the project idea. This study tries to proof that the project is economically , legally and technically feasible. This study must be done and proofed because not all proposed projects are doable, and not all proposed projects utilize resource of an organization effectively.

3 Type of feasibilities in Laggard Inc
In order to implement this project the following feasibility must be analyzed: Economic feasibility Operational feasibility Technical feasibility Schedule feasibility legal/contractual feasibility political risks feasibility

4 Economic feasibility and Operational feasibility
Economic feasibility – involves analyzing cost benefit analysis of the project. The proposed system is highly economical feasible since it utilizes readily available recourses like hardware. It also has few module thus relatively cheaper. Operational feasibility – the proposed solution for Laggard Inc will fully meet the organizational process as it is customized majorly for only its processes and activities.

5 Technical feasibility and Schedule feasibility
Technical feasibility – the proposed solution provides easier interfaces design which renders it easier and user friendly interfaces. It also has few modules making it less complex thus technically feasible. Schedule feasibility – project deliverable will be met in time since it has few modules which will not take a longer period of time hence we can say that the project is schedule feasible.

6 legal feasibility and political risks feasibility
legal/contractual feasibility – the project justification clearly brings the context of the project in a legal way. Without any doubt the proposed project for Laggard Inc has no illegal issues since the organization is dealing on legal business thus legally feasible. political risks feasibility – the proposed project outcome doesn’t involves any violation of policies made by laws of the organization and the constitutions. This renders the project legally feasible.
