Who Are we Helping? We are helping the Masai people.
They are one of the most well known tribe. The Masai men wonder in search of green pastures for their herds. The Masai woman remain in settlements to raise the children. Nutrition and hygiene are also a concern for them. They rely on milk, blood, and meat for nutrition.

Here are some facts on Ed Colina.
He is the one who is helping us build the school. He has a foundation for early childhood education, it supports 3 preschools and feeding programs. Ed Colina has been involved in education for 26 years. Ed has three adult children who live in the states, a daughter and two sons. He has about 13 projects in progress.

Reasons to build a school.
The nearest school in the Masai community, is 5 miles away. Most kids don’t attend school. (51 preschool aged students don’t attend preschool because of the long walk and the high dangers.) Kids who attend the school get a free meal everyday. Most kids don’t attend school till age 10 or 11. A few kids make it to the 8th grade and even fewer students attend high school. They get their water from a nearby borehole, after we build the school, they will have 4,000 liters of clean water!
