Suppose you’ve been in the process of typing a long research paper. You find that your final product doesn’t look visually appealing. List 5 things you can change in your Word documents to make them look more visually appealing.

5 Objectives By being able to do the following, you will make your documents look more visually appealing: Justify text Indentation Add and delete tab stops Add shading around text You will know that you accomplished these if your paragraphs are evenly distributed between margins.

6 Focus Lesson: Changing Paragraph Appearance
Describe the difference between normal view and print layout view by completing steps #1- #3 under section “C” on page #2 of the lab. Indicate where one paragraph begins and ends by completing step #4.
