Can you research the differences between Athens and Sparta in Ancient Greek times? How was life for ordinary people in both city states? What was warfare like in both?
Our P.E day is on a Wednesday so please can you ensure that you have your P.E kit in school for this day. We have swimming lessons on a Thursday so please bring your swimming kits into school.
Can you put our new spelling words into sentences? Write one sentence for each word.
Maths – Can you create your own multiplication and division questions to answer – use a calculator to check your answers for example you could work these out, 2134 ÷7 and 3124 x 8.
Topic Project
Our next and final topic is Ancient Greece so we would like your next project to be linked to this; you can write about a topic of your choosing for example, what was life like, how we know about the Ancient Greeks, conquerors and warriors, art or architecture. You may present your project as you wish but please use some of the features of Y5 writing. Due in: Thursday 11th July
