2. Work together by sharing in the cloud
With your presentation stored in the cloud, your group can work on it together at the same time How it works: 1
Go to File > Save As, and choose a OneDrive or SharePoint location. 2
Back on the slide, click Share in the upper right, and invite people so they can edit with you. 3
Refresh with the Save button to sync changes instantly.

3. Start with a chart in PowerPoint
You don’t need to switch to a number-crunching app to generate charts for your slides. Instead, create visual representations of data right in PowerPoint. Try it:

Choose Chart on the Insert tab. 2
Choose a chart, and then select OK. Watch the chart update as you make changes to the data. 3
Close the spreadsheet, and then adjust the size and placement of the chart.
Tip: Check out all the new charts, including sunburst – great for showing hierarchy.

4. You’re an expert with Tell Me
The Tell Me box finds the right command when you need it, so you can save time and focus on your work Try it:
SELECT ME 1
Select the picture on the right. 2
Type animation in the Tell Me box, and then choose Add Animation. 3
Choose an animation effect, like Zoom, and watch what happens.

5. Explore without leaving your slides
Smart Lookup brings research directly in to PowerPoint Try it: 1
Right-click in the word office in the following phrase: office furniture 2
Choose Smart Lookup, and notice that results are contextual for that phrase, not Microsoft Office apps. 3
Just for fun, try Smart Lookup again by right-clicking in the word Office in Step 2.
