6. Devotion: sharing meaning vs. creating meaning
What does it mean to share meaning with other people?
Communication is not always about creating meaning. It can often be about just sharing meaning – passing on information.

For communication to create meaning, conversation is needed. It needs deep listening to one another and an opportunity for all to speak and be heard.
