10. What is ‘DPS’?
‘DPS’ is the Dynamic Purchasing System’ and will be used for Primary Care contracts moving forward
You will need to register online to ‘ProContract’ and sign up for each service you would like to deliver
This will remove the need to renew contracts annually; registration will be valid for 5 years.

11. ‘DPS’ – Further information
The portal for registering for contracts is due to open on 11th March 2019
‘Round 1’ of applications will be open for 30 days
Services are split into ‘Lots’ and individual specifications will be provided
An easy to follow user guide is available; but Public Health colleagues will also be available to assist

13. Addressing Local Need: Commissioned Services
iCaSH provides Integrated Contraception and Sexual Health services across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
The iCaSH Clinic Hubs are located in Cambridge, Huntingdon, Wisbech and Peterborough. All clinics are self-referral and confidential covering all aspects of sexual health, including sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing & treatment, contraception, and HIV care and treatment, available from easily accessible single locations across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
The services provide support, information, treatment and care for all sexually transmitted infections and onward referral to specialist services where appropriate. The service provides contraceptive advice and supplies including long acting methods (implants and intrauterine devices (IUDs) and emergency contraception. Specialist clinics for complex contraception problems including implant removals or difficult insertions or removals of IUDs.
In addition for Cambridgeshire residents the Huntingdon Clinic provides HIV Treatment and Care, and for Peterborough residents the Peterborough Clinic provides HIV Treatment and Care

14. Children and Young Peoples Mental Health
CHUMS Provides a core contract across Peterborough & Cambridgeshire and offer services to CYP living in Cambridgeshire (5-25 with exception of bereavement) or Peterborough (5-18). Service provides a range of services including 1:1 talking therapies, group sessions, parent groups, and training provision in Schools

15. Cambridgeshire Drug and Alcohol Support Service
Cambridgeshire CGL offer FREE and confidential support to residents of Cambridgeshire aged 18 and over who have any worries or concerns about:
— Prescription medications

— Over-the-counter medication use
— Illegal/legal drugs

Aspire - Peterborough, Orton & Bretton
Peterborough Aspire CGL provide support for those with substance misuse issues and support for their families and carers within the Peterborough area.
Aspire offers- one to one support, medical prescribing, and detoxification as well as structured group work, structured and peer led activities and counselling.
Clients can self-refer by walking in through the front door to be assessed by a duty worker. Professionals can contact us by phone or letter
