2. Click on Issue Alert on Navigate to student’s

Click on Issue Alert on Navigate to student’s
Advisor Homepage
page and click on Issue

3. Completing the Referral
If student name is not visible, search by first name, last name, or student ID and select student
Select the area that you are referring a student to – all referral options will begin with “DSS Referral”
If the referral is related to a
course, select the course
Elaborate on the referral in the “Additional Comments” box – see slides at the end of this PowerPoint for beneficial information to include for each area
Click “Submit”
