9 Outcomes Student: Overall increase of identifying solutions to problems from 78% to 85%. The ability to articulate thoughts and ideas to others up from 83.3 % to 92%. Student knowledge about employer increased from 58% to 80%.

10 Outcomes Employers: Overall satisfaction with the FLASH intern was 96%. Satisfaction with the outcome of the intern’s project was 100%. Overall satisfaction with communication by Ripon College was 96%.

11 Additional Feedback: Student really impressed me with her ability to quickly grasp her task and confidently explore the unknown outputs. I threw a lot at her without much concrete direction and I couldn’t be happy with what she produced. Student did a fantastic job taking an open-ended task and providing valuable deliverable. He consistently impressed me with his documentation and “beyond expectations” work. I couldn’t believe that he memorized his presentation material and gave such and confident overview.
