1. LT. Cunningham’s Class This week in: We are learning:
Reading/Social Studies: We are starting our Biztown unit this week.
Students will be learning about financial services, checking accounts, savings accounts, and debit cards.
Math: We will be reviewing multiplying by one digit and working back up to multiplying by two digits. We will be learning new strategies to multiply by two digits.
Writing: They will write a persuasive essay from a gingerbread cookie’s POV and persuade people not to eat them for a Christmas snack.

Early dismissal 12/21. We will dismiss at 12:30 pm
No spelling or homework for the next two weeks.
The students will be working on their entrepreneur day products instead.

2. No spelling for the Next two weeks
Spelling City
Students will take a pretest on Mondays. If they get all of the words on the pretest correct, then they don’t have to take a post test. Fridays are spelling test days and the results will be sent home either that day or Monday. You can also go online to see your student’s scores on activities and tests!
