5 IRMS Accreditation- overview
Developed over almost a decade Academic and professional input Extensive piloting and development Full launch from : quarterly cycles Key design principle- professional accreditation for all professionals No application fee at present- status maintained through continued membership Once in the Scheme, you will become accredited

6 The oral interview route
By submission of a completed ‘application form’ type form and 45 minute oral interview Around 1500 words Sections: principles, practice (sections), profession (personal skills/profession development) Referee Mentor Interviews to be held on the day of Group Events Pass or personal action plan- roadmap to accreditation

7 The written submission route
By submission of a completed set of documentation Around 5000 words Sections: principles, practice (sections), profession (personal skills/profession development) Referee Mentor Quarterly cycle Pass or personal action plan- roadmap to accreditation

8 Testimony on each route

9 Group session Countdown from 5 to… 4 groups 3 questions 2(0) minutes
