2. Content of music class Welcome to a year of learning and making music!
General music classes at Vanguard Classical School are prepared to involve students in a variety of musical educational opportunities. My goal is that students will develop a life-long love of music by having an awesome start.
Students  sing, listen, dance, move and play instruments.
Following Core Knowledge Curricular guides, students will explore the elements of music through singing, reading music, writing music, and playing melodic and non-melodic instruments.

7. Vanguard School choir
Vanguard classical school is delighted to expand its music education offering to children in grades 3-8 through the formation of the Vanguard Children’s Choir. Any child with an interest in singing can enroll - no audition is required. Rehearsals are held on Tuesday after school from 3:15 till 4:00 from September 19, 2019.
Students who enjoy singing will enjoy the Vanguard Children’s Choir.
