This area will be blank if you do not have an application in progress, ready to pay or ready to sign.

Common mistake is selecting the incorrect application type

Password required to protect personal information Also allows you to save the application!!
Common mistake is forgetting password. TCEQ cannot retrieve or reset passwords.

Application Created If wrong license type is selected, you must delete the application and start a new one.

Common mistake – incorrect search information is entered resulting in no records found.

Conditional Approval Eligible or Not Eligible?
You will select this ONLY if you are registered for the one lacking core training course at an event where TCEQ (or their contractor) will be administering the exams immediately following the course. You will be required to upload the course registration confirmation.

Contact Information Common mistake – Make sure you are using the TAB key on your keyboard to go through the different fields. If you enter data in the field and remain in that field without tabbing out of the field, it will not save the data. You will not to be able to continue.

Common Mistake – individuals frequently submit the wrong license type or level. Notice the Type and Level of License you chose is on every page on OLEA. Notice the status bar? This lets you know what you have completed and what you have left to do.

Common Mistake – Not including enough employers to document all experience.

Common Mistake – Selecting NO to question 11 when you operate or maintain a public water system, even if you work for an Operations Company.

Select yes to ALL areas you work with your current employer. Then specify YES/NO to the specific job duties from the list displayed. Common Mistake – Not selecting ALL job duties you perform with the employer listed. Indicate the percent of time you work in each area you selected, not exceeding 100% total.

Attachments Based on how you answered certain questions throughout the application, you may be required to upload an attachment(s). When you are done with this section, it will take you back to your activities page to allow you to either sign the application or complete more applications.

Ready to Sign You can preview your application prior to signing and paying Notice the license Type and Level is displayed in the activities page as well. Select the application you wish to sign and click Sign

Signature Page Select each of the boxes in the Affidavit section.
The Applicant must enter their name (including any middle initials or names) as displayed above. TAB out of the field. Click Electronically Sign your Application

Print Application It is highly recommended that you print a copy of the signed application for your records. You will not be able to revisit this application after it is paid. Click Next to continue to pay

Select Payment Method Before paying, make sure you have selected the correct License Type and Level If you’re ready to pay, select Pay Now. This will take you directly to ePay to complete the transaction. If you already have a pre-paid Voucher, select Already Paid. This will allow you to enter the pre-paid Voucher number.

Receipt After payment transaction is complete, print this receipt for your records. You will also receive a receipt via . When you click on Return to SUNSS, it will take you back to your activities page.

Application Cleared from Activities Page
The application will no longer be viewable and has been sent to TCEQ electronically. Allow 3-4 weeks for processing.

You will receive this even if you paid immediately after signing. Note: we are in the process of removing ‘but not paid’ from the .

You have an application that is in your SUNSS activities page that has not been submitted. Applications will be deleted after 30 days. It’s possible that you may have already successfully submitted an application but there was a second application started but never completed.
