13 Attendance analysis The following pages give some breakdown and analysis of absence data for year groups. Report 1 shows absence coded to different codes for different reasons Report 2 shows attendance for different classes Report 3 compares year groups Report 4 compares pupil premium with the average attendance Report 5 show the absence request forms we have received

17 Absence request forms This academic year there have been multiple absence request forms. 18 Behaviour The following is a table showing the number of incidents logged against different behaviour tags Please note some incidents my have more than one tag attached to them- for instance an incident may have ‘behaviour’, behaviour-school’ and ‘violent incident’ all tagged. At the meeting I will be able to answer questions about specific incidents if required

20 Bullying There have been three situations falling under the umbrella of ‘bullying’ (1 situation has 3 children connected to it making the 5 children on the previous table) All these have been managed, parents have been involved in all cases and have been happy with the outcomes
