10 4. AGM – Advanced Gateway to Meetings (1/2)
Administrative AGM identified in 2015 AGM - Advanced Gateway to Meetings a new corporate Commission system for all meetings involving external participants Gradually implemented in 2018 at Eurostat (Q1 - pilot phase at Eurostat) Cost reimbursement for visitors now possible if visitors are registered in AGM Linked to the Commission-internal security application E-PASS currently already implemented in Luxembourg

11 4. AGM – Advantages (2/2) Avoids interruptions during the meetings for the administrative requirements Makes the process paperless and accessible 24h/7d notification system to participants Provides a single entry point for all your meetings with the Commission Speeding up the reimbursement

12 5. eProcurement (1/2) Several modules available: eProcurement /ePrior

13 Challenges! 5. eProcurement (2/2)
Eurostat is one of the most advanced Commission DGs in the field of electronic procurement The eProcurement modules currently available in Eurostat cover a great part of the procurement process but not yet all workflows are integrated. -Temporary solutions in place internally - No integrated contract management / monitoring Challenges!
