Registration There are 3 different methods of registration to give users access to the platform. a) Single Sign on b) Import an employee list; the system generates a username and password or you can define. Users can also login using their address as their username. c) Allowing users to register on their own via the registration form (which can be tailored to suit). Our team are always on hand to help you with data import – It’s the first and most important interaction with your audience.

Tab Labels You control the top tab label names and display order.

Here’s how Click on “Setup & Settings” from the left navigation > “General Parameters” > “Edit parameters, help pages and content”

Login text Edit the welcome texts on the login screen…

Here’s how Click on “Setup & Settings” from the left navigation > “Sign-In page” edit the text and click on “SAVE”

Dashboard Intro The Dashboard acts as the landing page for participants and highlights recent activity and private invitations. It shows the vibrancy of your feedback community! You can customize this welcome text.

Control whether to display “Top contributors” and site statistics on the dashboard

Communities Customize each community intro text…

1st - Click on “Setup & Settings” > “Manage Communities”

The “Topic Name” is the question or heading

Challenges Customize the challenge homepage intro text…

Alerts Customize each auto responder and alert…

Statuses The default statuses are: Implemented, Planned, Already Offered, Duplicated, Not Planned, Started and Under Review. However you may wish to reduce these or add your own.

Here’s how You can edit the existing statuses or create news one. You can also select a unique color for each status. If you wish ideas to be automatically assigned a default status you can select which status that should be. You can tick the check-box "Close idea. Voting stops" to disable voting on ideas which have been assigned that specific status. “Setup & Settings” > “Manage Statuses”

Attribution You can control if Ideas and Comments are attributed to real names or usernames (or anonymous)

You can select to display users by “Username”, “Real name” or “anonymous”

Site Parameters Choose an address which the system will use to send invitations – rather than being sent – they can come from your domain – so that users can trust the alerts and notification s. If required, you can restrict access by IP range – ensuring that only participants from your company/organisation have access. Single Sign-On can be setup to allow access to the ideas community with the credentials of your existing company Intranet. Your choice of SAML or cookie based SSO can be used with popular authentication systems such as Active directory.

Here’s how You can choose between two login page layouts. If you select the “large left image” layout – can you then upload your image. “Setup & Settings” > “Look & Feel”
