A political system in which the government controls every aspect of its’ citizens’ lives. – Communist, Dictatorship, Monarchy Fascism A form of totalitarianism in which a single person controls the country (Dictator) – individuals are not as important as the country as a whole

Giving an aggressor what he wants in order to maintain the peace Internment When the government forcibly relocates and imprisons a certain group of people – based on ethnic group, religion etc.

The deliberate murder of an entire people Armistice A temporary cease-fire or halt in fighting

Putting money into high-risk investments with the hope of making a profit Containment The policy of isolating the Soviet Union after World War II.
