Stakeholders may submit informal comments to Itron by Friday, 6/22 to include in final report
Commission will issue ruling after 7/1
Ruling will require party comments if comments merit consideration of Commission action
If further consideration is necessary, the Commission will request for comments on the DFWG report for final ruling
