LOWEST-These are the activities you wish to take part in EVERYDAY, as much as possible! (LIFESTYLE) Next up-These are activities that you wish to take part in 3 to 5 times a week. AEROBIC EXERCISES (30+ minutes)- activities that make your muscles use oxygen. SPORTS & REC ACTIVITIES (30+ minutes)

FITT Principles B. Physical Fitness is developed through the Principles of: Specificity: To develop a specific muscle, it must be exercised. Overload: To strengthen a muscle, it must work more than normal. Progression: The work load must be increased gradually.
