1. First Team exercise
Using innovation process from SOI (some early, some from part 3):
Improve how to “retain” material from a class
Improve how to demonstrate that on tests
How to improve “student culture” to improve performance in freshman classes

2. “Value innovation”
Your team has 100 rubber bands (can get more if you want).
You have until next week to implement an innovation to generate as much “value” as you can using the rubber bands. This must be your team’s original idea.
In class you present a PPT and/or Video that describes the idea, how you measured value and data on how much value your innovation generated.
