Driving principles for implementation
Cooperative Voluntary participation In common interest And we suggest 3 key driving principles for implementation Cooperative – respectful cooperation between stakeholders, whereby each respects the autonomy, integrity, processes, and intellectual property rules of the others In common interest – decisions should be made and defined based on common interest; provide interoperability, scalability, stability, and resiliency; and enable global cooperation, acting as building blocks for further innovation. Voluntary participation - we can not compel people to EOSC - success will be determined by the effective use by research communities. 18 June 2019
