For States Not Ready by Jan. 1
Draft Policy Under Final Review: States have the opportunity to provide an official letter of intent stating that an affiliate will be formed, providing a projected date of completion. These states will be “Affiliate Candidates.” The letter will tell ACNM whether to collect dues for them, or not, and how much Dues collected will be held in escrow & released in full to the affiliate as soon when approved Letter will be a legal document signed by both parties (ACNM and current chapter chairs)
11
For States Not Ready by Jan. 1
If no letter of intent is received from current chapter chairs, ACNM representatives will work with other members in the state to assist them State dues would not be collected by ACNM until the state instructs us to do so. Goal is to complete this process as early as possible in 2011.
