Warning the helpdesk before reporting
If you foresee any problems during the reporting, for example: Missing data (e.g. No data for one RBD) Data that will not fit the schemas Known issues with previously reported data Please, warn us before the reporting starts If possible, we will take it into account when developing the tools. We want to avoid patching tools during the reporting

QA and Conversion Tools doubts
Send the complete information on the message Envelope link if it’s referred to data or QA outputs Access database/shape file if it’s related to converters Always use the latest access/shape templates The templates change during the test phase Always download the latest so the tools don’t crash

We received a lot of doubts about Reference Types Complex to fill and keep track We want to simplify the way it is reported

2018 Reporting Issues in December
Some envelopes were not released automatically and had to be released manually by Eionet Helpdesk Some envelopes were released without triggering the automatic QC and had to be reverted to draft manually It was due to a mistake in the configuration of the workflow. It was corrected as soon as detected
