To lose weight, you must take in fewer calories than your body uses. Most people try to reduce their calorie intake by focusing on food. Low - carb diets, high – carb diets, low – fat diets, grapefruit diets, cabbage soup diets, and blood type diets, etc. But, these are not promising fast results! No matter what you do, the KEY is – reduce your caloric intake.! Another way to cut calories may be to think about what you drink.

Calories in drinks are not hidden – they’re listed on the Nutrition Facts label. Calories in beverages you drink can contribute to your daily intake. Calories from drinks can add up. But, you can have plenty of options for reducing the number of calories in what you drink

LEARN TO READ THE LABELS The Nutrition Facts label on beverage containers may give you the calories for only part of the contents.. NUTRITION FACTS LABEL Serving Size 8 fl. oz. Servings Per Container 2.5 Amount per serving Calories 100 If the bottle contains 20 oz, to calculate the calories per serving: 2.5 x 100 calories equals 250 calories
