1 Expression of IFN-λs, IFN-λR1, and IL-10R2 in Xenopus tissues after stimulation in vivo with poly(I:C). Expression of IFN-λs, IFN-λR1, and IL-10R2 in Xenopus tissues after stimulation in vivo with poly(I:C). Three animals were injected i.p. with poly(I:C) and 24 h later tissues were collected for RNA extraction. The gene expression level was normalized against the housekeeping gene β-actin and fold change of expression obtained by comparing the normalized expression of the experimental group with that of the control group.
