Intake of +60 pupils (PAN 75) 3 classes of 20-25 2 full time staff in each class Early Years Outdoor Learning Area 3-4 Nursery Last Ofsted 2017 graded the school as “good” “Teaching is well focused on sensory activities and personal, social and emotional development to prepare children well for the next stage of their learning. “

6 Lunchtimes All children eligible for universal free school meal
Taylor Shaw are our meal providers Relaunching their brand at school Provide high quality and nutritious meals for your children The EYFS staff will help the children get use to the lunchtime routine in the first two weeks If you have been in receipt of any benefits over the last 6 years, letting us know will provide much needed additional funding for the school via the Pupil Premium Grant

7 What They Need When They Start School
All clothes labelled Waterproof coat/coat with a hood Reading bags will be given to them when they start school PE – only AFTER Christmas to bring in black shorts and white t-shirt. PE before Christmas done in bare feet in hall

8 Ways to help your child before they start School:
Use the toilet independently Wash and dry hands Blow their nose Sit up at a table and use a knife and fork Dress and undress themselves Share and take turns Tidy up things they have used Say goodbye with a smile Give your child time to play every day Join in the play, take on a role, make jokes and be playful. Make time to talk to them and listen to what they have to say and answer any questions.
