2. The Ape and the lost dream !
Many many years ago there once lived an arrogant ape . He was so incredibly arrogant that he had only one friend . This friend was called gibbon . Once a week Gibbon and Ape ventured into the forest for a friendly climbing practice . The Ape was almost always faster than Gibbon . The thing that made Ape so arrogant , was the fact that there was an annual climbing competition , in the woods where they practised each week .
This particular climbing competition was due to take place in two weeks . Ape had always dreamed of winning that competition but he had never actually come first .
On the scheduled day of Ape and Gibbon’s final practice , before the competition , Gibbon rushed to Ape’s house and exclaimed “ we must have one final practice ! “
But Ape gave Gibbon a weary smile and said with a bitter laugh
“ I’m as good as I can get . I give up trying to win that competition Gibbon my friend ! ” And with that he swept out of the house laughing madly .
Many many years arragont ape . One friend gibbon once a week friendly climb practice . Ape faster nearly always .

3. The ape and the lost dream !
On the day of the competition Ape hid in the bushes to watch the race . He was intrigued to see who would win . Secretly he wished he had entered the competition that year .Gibbon had decided to enter even though he didn’t have his final practice . Ape felt a sinking feeling in his stomach . He was beginning to feel like he should enter the competition but no it was to late , the race had begun !
Ape watched open mouthed as Gibbon his old friend was winning the race . He was astonished at his friends ability .
After several tense minutes Gibbon finished victorious . He was out of breathe and smiling . At that moment Gibbon just so happened to spot Ape among the bushes ! Ape couldn’t face it . He would have won had he not have been so foolish !
