5 Some comments from last year’s 8th graders:
“You get some cool opportunities that you probably wouldn’t get if you went with just your family!” “You will never get bored on this trip! It was a great way for me to learn more about our country’s history.” “This will be the best field trip of your life. You’re in a new city with your closest friends with 50 times more freedom than you have at school!” “This trip is the most memorable of any school trips I’ve taken!” “I will definitely never forget this trip because it was really eye-opening the things you got to see, and a lot of memories were made.” “If you’re short on money, save up...it’s definitely worth it.”

6 Any questions?!?! “I definitely feel like I got an experience that I wouldn’t be able to get sitting in a classroom.” “It was even better than what I expected and I had such a fun time seeing things we had learned about in school, and doing it with all of my friends.” “It does cost quite a bit, but it is worth every penny...definitely, definitely take advantage of this opportunity and go!” “I would definitely recommend going for the experience, for learning, and you get to be with your friends all the time. Washington D.C. is definitely worth every penny.” “I don’t think you’ll regret going!” “I had so much fun, and I would do it again in a heartbeat!” “I had such a good time, that I was sad to leave it and I miss it so much! It was such a fun and memorable time!”
