“Leadership is an individual responsibility to grow, to use
all our talent to the greater good and inspire others to do the same.” (Katalin Illes) When I take responsibility for my life – I am the leaders of my own life. I consider my choices and make my own decisions. When I take responsibility for my family unit and make decisions that impact on the whole family I act as a leaders of my family. When I take responsibility for something in the workplace and make decisions that impact on others I act as a leader in that situation.
